利用規約

1. はじめに

これらの一般利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、QDEI（「当社」、「弊社」、「私たち」、または「QDEI」）が提供するサービスへのアクセスおよび利用を管理します。当社のサービスにアクセスまたは利用することにより、お客様は以下に定めるすべての規約に同意するものとします。サービスをご利用になる前に、これらの規約をよくお読みになることをお勧めします。

2. 提供されるサービス

QDEIは、ウェブホスティングサービス、VPSおよび専用サーバーレンタル、Discordボットおよびゲームサーバーホスティング、ならびにさまざまな追加サービスを提供しています：

• Web hosting and related services
• VPS and dedicated servers (Linux/Windows)
• Game server and Discord bot hosting
• Advanced DDoS protection
• SSL/TLS certificates
• Automated backups

当社は、いつでもサービスの全部または一部を変更、停止、または中止することがあります。

3. お客様の義務

• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws (national and international).
• Refrain from using our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Not infringe upon the rights of others (copyright, trademarks, etc.).
• Abide by our Acceptable Use Policy and content policies.

これらの義務に違反した場合、当社サービスへのアクセスが直ちに停止または終了されることがあります。

4. 支払いと請求

• All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment must be made prior to the provision or renewal of services.
• Services are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your choice.
• We reserve the right to change prices, subject to prior notice.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available on our website.
• In the event of non-payment, QDEI may suspend or terminate your account immediately.

5. 可用性とサポート

• A minimum uptime guarantee of 99.9%
• 24/7 technical support via ticket or email
• Planned maintenance announced by email at least 24 hours in advance
• Proactive monitoring of our servers and networks

6. データ保護とプライバシー

• We process your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Our servers and databases are hosted in secure data centers.
• We use encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your sensitive information.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, unless legally required.
• Regular backups are performed to prevent data loss.

7. 知的財産

当社のサイトおよびプラットフォームに表示されるすべてのコンテンツ、商標、ロゴ、その他の要素は、QDEIまたはそのパートナーの独占的財産です。事前の書面による許可なしに、これらを複製、配布、修正、または二次的著作物を作成することはできません。

Users retain all rights to the content they host through our services, provided they comply with applicable laws and the rights of third parties.

8. 責任の制限

QDEIは、当社サービスの使用または使用不能に起因する直接的、間接的、付随的、または結果的な損害について責任を負いません。当社のサービスがお客様の特定のニーズを満たすこと、またはその運用が中断やエラーなしで行われることを保証しません。

• Use of our services is at your own risk.
• Performance may vary based on factors beyond our control (network connections, third-party outages, etc.).

9. 契約の終了

お客様は、30日前の通知により、サポート経由で当社に連絡することで、いつでもサブスクリプションを終了できます：

• Any month already started remains due in full, unless otherwise agreed by us.
• We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, unless you request immediate deletion.
• In the event of a serious breach of these Terms, we may terminate your account without notice.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations contracted prior to the effective date.

10. 規約の変更

QDEIは、いつでも本規約を更新または変更する権利を留保します。重要な変更があった場合、電子メールまたは当社ウェブサイト上の通知によりお知らせします。変更の公開後もサービスを継続して利用することは、新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。

11. 準拠法と紛争解決

本規約はフランス法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合、まずはカスタマーサービスを通じて友好的な解決を求めることをお勧めします。友好的な解決が得られない場合は、当社の登録事務所の管轄区域内の管轄裁判所が専属的管轄権を有します。
